1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for purchases made through BounceHalt ("we," "our," or "us"). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below. This policy is supplementary to our Terms of Service.

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you sign up for a paid monthly subscription plan and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your initial subscription purchase. This guarantee applies only to your first paid month and does not apply to subsequent renewals.

2.2 Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not auto-renew. Partial-month refunds are not provided for the unused portion of a cancelled billing period.

2.3 Annual Plans

Where annual subscription plans are offered, you may request a pro-rated refund of unused months within thirty (30) days of the initial annual purchase. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but may be cancelled at any time to prevent auto-renewal.

3. Top-Up Credit Packs

Top-up credit packs are one-time purchases that add additional verifications to your account.

4. Consumed Verifications

All consumed verifications — whether drawn from a subscription quota or a top-up credit pack — are considered fulfilled services and are non-refundable. This applies regardless of the verification result returned (safe, risky, invalid, or unknown).

5. Service-Failure Credits

If BounceHalt experiences a service outage that materially prevents you from using the service for an extended period, we will issue a service credit (additional verifications) at our discretion. Eligibility, amount, and crediting timeline are determined case-by-case based on the duration and impact of the outage. Service credits are not exchangeable for cash.

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within two (2) business days and process eligible refunds within seven (7) business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@bouncehalt.com. Initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in immediate suspension of your account pending investigation.
