Pricing FAQ
How are verifications counted?
Each API call to /v1/check-email or each row processed in a bulk CSV counts as one verification, regardless of the result returned (safe, risky, invalid, or unknown).
What happens if I exceed my plan's monthly quota?
Verifications beyond your plan quota will draw from your top-up credit balance, if any. If you have no top-up credits, additional requests will return a quota-exceeded error until your next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan or buy a top-up pack at any time.
Do unused subscription verifications roll over?
No. Subscription verifications reset each billing period. Top-up credit packs do not expire while your subscription is active.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated charges; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely through our payment provider. Enterprise customers can request invoicing.
